Position Summary
50% - The Executive Assistant will support the Chair of the Department of Health Policy & Management (HPM) in both administrative and faculty roles. Support tasks include (but not limited to) correspondence, scheduling, development of presentations, grants, and manuscripts, general management for the Office of Senior Faculty, account and grant management, and general administrative and academic support. This Executive Assistant will also act as the liaison between the Senior Faculty and other departments within the University and other institutions.
45% - The incumbent will be part of the HPM Finance team, supporting the Director of Grants and Finance. Support tasks include (but not limited to) assistance with pre-and post-award activities and administration of the Department of Health Policy and Management's grants portfolio including faculty and staff effort reporting.
Responsibilities

5% - Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of work experience required; three years of academic administrative or healthcare experience preferred. Must be organized, have strong time management, communication, analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent writer, motivated, and a team player and self-starter. Flexibility to work different schedules when needed.
