Responsible for business development, including existing and potential business partners. Utilize a variety of means to expand brand through presentations, networking, and B2B activities.
In charge of creating and working special events. Duties include developing proposals, promoting and setting up an event, and executing projects with ACU resources. This may also include after work hour events such as evenings and weekends.
Expected to provide regular results through new contacts, monthly events, and new account business.
Work with the branches in initiating visits to current and prospective businesses in the community while assisting staff in all aspects of business development opportunities.
Facilitate special projects involving all aspects of operational efficiencies with emphasis on analysis of core processing system and how it is utilized by front line personnel. Assist with observation, recommendation, and implementation of core processing workflow as directed.
Make presentations at schools surrounding the branches to promote financial soundness to teachers, students, and parents.
Locate new business partnerships and initiate creative ways to utilize ACU products.
Assists operations department when needed. Frequently maintain contact with branches and staff to adapt to market needs and changes.
Skills:
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field
- Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions to clients
- Technical sales experience, particularly in selling software or technology solutions, is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software for lead management and tracking
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
