acplm is Hiring a Construction Administrative Assistant Near Tampa, FL

ACPLM, Inc. is a busy Family Oriented Asphalt Paving company. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to help by assisting our staff with a diversity of projects and provide general administrative support to departments. This position has great potential for growth and opportunity for quick advancement. We have been in business since 2012 and consistently growing each year.
The following job responsibilities may include:
  • Back up for answering phones and greeting visitors
  • Schedule and maintaining calendars
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
  • Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Comfortable performing bookkeeping and/or HR related task.
The following Skills will be required:
  • Must have the ability to make independent decisions on a daily basis, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.
  • Must be able to effectively collaborate with other administrators and support personnel, management and clients on a regular basis.
  • Must have strong Organizational skills with the ability to maintain order and helps ensure executives don’t miss appointments or deadlines.
  • Bust be able to write emails, letters, documents professionally, using proper spelling and grammar.
Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience providing administrative support preferably in the Construction industry
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and managing files and records and other office procedures at a proficient level.
Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive
General basic knowledge of and ability to learn accounting and payroll software such as QB, Paycor and other related programs and systems.

Retirement Savings:

It is a safe harbor plan with a matching contribution equal to 100% of employees salary deferrals that do not exceed 3% of their compensation plus 50% of their salary deferrals between 3% and 5% of their compensation. And the safe harbor matching contribution is 100% vested. We also offer Weekly pay with Direct Deposit and a Pay On Demand benefit which allows employees to gain access to their wages earned in advance.
PTO:
We offer 6 paid holidays, 1 week paid vacation after 1 year and 2 weeks paid vacation after 5 years.
Pay Day Advance:
We also offer On-Demand Pay with our Earned Wage Access Benefit. You can get early access to your money as you earn it.
