What You'll Be Doing Working to support our Home Office Team to make a positive difference in our business by collaborating with all departments to accomplish general office tasks as well as special projects as needed. This position will report to the CFO while working to support the Home Office. •Handles a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks. •Responsible for assisting in office management, communication liaison, information preparation and company records management as needed. •Handles confidential information and communications. •Ability to comprehend of company's operation and procedures. •Performs a variety of standard accounting and HR assignments. •Collect, prepare, and sort mail for all departments daily. •Orders and stocks office supplies as needed. •Onsite technical support as needed. •Company website updating. •Corporate event planning. •Organize and scan company documents. •Perform miscellaneous administrative functions for CEO and Executive Team including travel arrangements and occasionally some personal items. •Works with our COO to support our Operations Team. •Works to support HR as needed with variety of different HR admin tasks. •Team player and is on board to support to the whole team to keep the business moving. •Run errands for business needs (Fed-Ex, Post Office, supply fulfillment, etc.). •Manages Home Office vendors and works with Facilities Manager as needed.
