As the Development Manager at YBCA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our fundraising initiatives. Your responsibilities will span project management for grants, coordination of cultivation events, management of our Salesforce database, and more. The salary for this position is $91,000 based on full-time hours, and includes a competitive benefits package.
