WWCM has an opening for a strategic and personable Business Development Manager (BDM) to support business expansion efforts. The BDM drives sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with customers.
WWCM is looking for a BDM who will plan, coordinate, and manage the actions taken by the organization to initiate and execute a government contract. The BDM will serve as the WWCM single point-of-contact with the program office for business development management and related contract-level issues. The BDM must effectively negotiate differences that may exist between WWCM, our partners, our vendors, and the customer in order to bring together a cohesive/efficiently running development and business development maintenance within the organization. The BDM must provide the leadership and have the interpersonal communication skills necessary to inspire, lead, direct, and manage the development of customer relationships. The BDM will interface with senior leaders and directors to help maintain and sustain critical business development efforts. Additionally, the BDM will be a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR.
