Role: Senior Technical Support Manager
Experience: 5 to 8 years

Roles & Responsibilities :
- The senior technical support is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the technical support team as well as participating as an active member of the team.
- As a senior technical support, this position will partner with the Customer Success team to deliver exceptional support to customers through phone, email, chat and ticket system.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Technical Support Team.
- Be the point of contact when it comes to technical escalations
- Record and track team SLAs and workflows
- Provide support where needed for both internal and external customers
- Clearly communicate escalated issues to Tier 3 and product managers as needed
- Manage and report on all incoming technical support inquiries
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $70,613.36 - $85,039.74 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
