Technical Support Resource

 Position Location: Flexible

 About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Resource to join our Product Support team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about troubleshooting technical issues and working closely with clients and developers to ensure a seamless user experience. Total compensation is $75,000 - $95,000 DOE. US Citizen or Permanent Work Authorization (Green Card) required.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and our development team to reproduce reported software bugs.
• Utilize debugging tools and techniques to recreate and identify issues.
• Maintain thorough documentation of bug reproduction steps.
• Communicate effectively with developers, providing detailed information for bug resolution.
• If the bug cannot be reproduced, add appropriate logs and information to assist developers in diagnosing the issue.
• Prioritize and manage multiple bug reports simultaneously.
• Assist in verifying bug fixes before they are deployed.

Qualifications:

• Relevant technical training or coursework, or equivalent practical experience is acceptable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of debugging tools and techniques.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with programming languages (preferred but not required).
• Enthusiasm for technology and software development.
