Senior UX/UI Developer/Architect - React/Redux

 Position Location: Flexible. Chicago HQ preferred, relocation available.

 About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Developer or Architect to join our high-achieving team working on a robust financial modeling platform. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating advanced, interactive, & user-centric applications. Total compensation is $185,000 - $250,000 DOE. US Citizen or Permanent Work Authorization (Green Card) required.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain highly usable and aesthetically stunning modeling software using React, Redux, or similar modern UX toolsets.
• Build reusable UI components and controls for sophisticated data & logic modeling.
• Collaborate closely with team of UX designers, end-users, full stack engineers, and product mangers to implement intuitive user interfaces.
• Share expertise and mentor other developers in best practices, code quality, and front-end technologies.

 Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with React and Redux, or similar modern toolkits.
• Highly attuned to design principles resulting in optimal aesthetics & usability.
• Proven track record in building complex, interactive, and intuitive products.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Java is a plus.
• Experience with developing reusable controls and components.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
