The Role:

We are looking for motivated Sales Executives to join the Windcave Sales team in New York. The role is focused on developing lasting relationships with new and existing clients. The emphasis for this role is on Sales, Regional Sales Development, Project Management, and Customer Service.

The role is based in New York City. Kindly consider the commute before applying.

We currently have a hybrid work policy offering 2 work-from-home days and 3 days in the office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cold calling to inquire potential leads
  • Provide responsive assistance on commercial queries
  • Inform and educate customers about products and features
  • Upsell/cross-sell new services to existing customers
  • Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Regularly report on key accomplishments and monitor key metrics to identify areas for improvement

About You:

The role will suit entry-level candidates and recent graduates who share an interest in the Payment/ Finance Technology sector. You will be enthusiastic about representing a high-growth and market leading organisation and will be motivated to achieve goals.

You will also have:

  • Legal right to work in the United States (no sponsorship);
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four year US-accredited university;
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Organisational skills and flexibility to manage both field sales and working with the internal team
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills to build trust and connection
  • Intermediate level knowledge with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, CRM, PowerPoint)
  • Awareness of the payments industry and trends would be beneficial
