Our client, a leading Nonprofit in NYC, is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team!
Job Function:
- supporting the organizations affordable housing development and community team.
- responsible for verifying invoices
- manage expense reports
- process weekly check runs
- support all vendor inquires
- fully remote, but this candidate needs to be open to going to the office for paper checks.
Job Requirements:
- 3 Years Experience in processing and verifying invoices, managing expense reports
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using Excel
