Responsibilities

• Process high volume of employee timesheets and client time reports in Great Plains.
• Prepare timely weekly/monthly invoices to customers in accordance with contract terms.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of client invoices, statements, and timesheets.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts and take appropriate actions with customers to arrange for payment.
• Set up of new and modify existing customers/vendors/employees profiles in Great Plains.
• Create billing schedules and various other billing and revenue analyses as required.
• Review and approve expense reports in compliance with our and clients T&E policy.
• Review subcontractor vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Schedule and Process payments for subcontractor vendors.
• Handle inquiries from subcontractor vendors.
• Assist in Finance department with special projects.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Great Plains or similar accounting systems required.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in general accounting
• Prior experience in staffing industry is a plus.
• Strong Proficiency in MS Excel, Adobe PDF
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organization skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
