The Business Development Leader will have overall responsibility for the growth of the trade business with a focus on high potential accounts in our largest markets, increasing market share and delivering profitable results. This leadership position will coach and direct the activities of our established and successful selling team to achieve or exceed company goals for sales and profitability. Works in direct partnership with the company’s Sales Leadership to set and influence the short and long-term strategic direction for the management and growth of high volume, major account business. The Leader will be the face of the brand in our largest markets, working to foster, cultivate, and grow relationships to drive increased market share and represent luxury design excellence.
The Leader will champion the Waterworks values with a fearless sales strategy, client-centric approach, integrity, and a passion for Waterworks products and brand.

Waterworks may require physical requirements within its Showroom locations as follows:
Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques. Ability to maneuver effectively around showroom floor, stock room and office. Position could entail periods of standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing. Licensed to drive preferred.Ability to travel locally or out of state.
