Seeking an organized, motivated dental professional to grow and lead our front office. Successful candidate will have a track record of:

• Significantly growing a dental office
• Filling providers' schedules by utilizing recall and open treatment lists
• Outstanding intrapersonal skills
• Proficiency with all front office functions
• Implementing best-practices customer service
• Successfully leading, supporting, training, mentoring a front office team
• Achieving bonus with practice growth, success

Duties--Lead front office team to:

• Fill the schedule for four doctors
• Schedule outstanding patient treatment and hygiene appointments
• Accurately submit insurance claims
• Coordinate with other front and back-office professionals to implement best-practice processes
• Verify insurance benefits
• Increase patient referrals and reviews
• Grow Practice Brand
• Position reports to Practice Director

Experience Required:

• Dental Front Desk Experience: 5 years
• Dental Insurance Experience: 3 years
