Position: Lead Estimator/Head of Business Development
Location: Alabama (with frequent travel across multiple regions)

Responsibilities:
- Pursue work and maintain a client contact list
- Provide budgets for prospective projects
- Stay informed with current work in the industry
- Provide budgets to customers for prospective work
- Attend pre-bids and industry events (travel is part of the job)
- Collaborate with team members to estimate projects

Skills & Experience:
- Engineering Degree (civil or mining).
- Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred but not required
- 2 years project management/field engineering
- 5 years estimating projects within the industry
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D software
