We are seeking an individual who is personable and self-motivated who will aggressively grow our landscape business associated within the branch's specific location. This sales professional, also known as the Relationship Advocate, should be focused on prospecting, quickly uncovering sales opportunities, and winning new business within assigned territory. The right candidate must deliver the best-in-class service while increasing sales and profitability. Our Business Development Representative, aka "Thrive Relationship Advocate", position is both challenging and rewarding. This team member is held to a high standard of communication, not only with clients but with fellow team members as well.
The Relationship Advocate will perform outbound call campaigns designed to qualify sales and purchasing opportunities, present proposals for contract services, and develop and maintain an ongoing record of existing and potential new customers. Our advocate will need to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales budget in the assigned territory. This team member will pro-actively communicate with all customer requests and leads daily to build and maintain a trust based professional relationship. Regular communication and coordination with Operations Managers is a must. Attendance of trade shows and conferences will be on an as needed basis.
This position requires a highly competitive, positive, and result driven sales professional. Dedication to continual self-improvement, resilience, ability to overcome objections, and strong negotiation skills are necessary Individual must provide a track record of success, have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and meet physical/body position requirements as stated by the Americans with Disabilities Act Section 4.0.
