Position Summary:

We are on the hunt for an energetic and powerful Business Development Representative who isn't afraid of rejection and possesses the resilience to bounce back with even greater determination. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual who can drive business growth through new opportunities while maintaining fruitful relationships with clients. Your role will be pivotal in propelling our brand forward, requiring a blend of enthusiasm, strategic thinking, and exceptional note-taking skills to ensure no detail is missed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the consumer products industry.
  • Maintain high energy and a positive attitude when facing rejection, viewing each setback as a learning opportunity.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored design solutions.
  • Work closely with the design and marketing teams, leveraging excellent note-taking skills to accurately capture client requirements and feedback.
  • Stay informed about market trends and consumer preferences, using insights to inform business strategies.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets by being a motivated self-starter who thrives on challenges.
  • Actively seek feedback from clients and the market, contributing ideas for product enhancements and innovations.

  • Proven track record in sales or business development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
