GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages enterprise lead generation activities in addition to tracking and reporting on all lead generation marketing programs to drive revenue opportunities into sales pipeline.
• Provides leadership for lead generation team including planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development and mentoring.
• Monitors staff performance, works with employees to implement goals and document progress and works with Human Resources on employee related issues.
• Directs resources in a cost-effective, innovative manner including assisting subordinates in effective use of resources and tools.
• Supports all strategic and targeted sales and marketing campaigns through comprehensive data collection.
• Tracks and evaluates campaign effectiveness and reports detailed findings to internal clients as well as senior management.
• Provides direction to team when interpreting complex multi-dependency list and/or report criteria provided by business constituents and develops necessary query(s) and processes to deliver needed results.
• Interviews business constituents of Business Intelligence system to enable development of various metric/tracking vehicles for use by executives, business leaders, strategists, and marketing teams.
• Partners with marketing team to ensure comprehensive lead generation collection activities that support all strategic and targeted sales and marketing campaigns.
• Develops project management timelines and coordinates activities of assigned project team(s).
• Conducts performance reviews and provides employee feedback for assigned team members.
• Manages departmental expenses and external vendors of lead generation services.
• Demonstrates in-depth product knowledge and manages lead generation activities for team.
• Provides guidance to team regarding presentation of lead generation results to end constituents via interactive interpretation on the results, cause, and potential next-step actions to take.
• Develops and implements policies and practices.
• Identifies areas of opportunity, prepares business presentations and executes with assigned business lines/units.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

• Requires strong business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision, and executive presence
• In-depth knowledge of FIS products and services

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills resulting in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner

FIS JOB LEVEL DESCRIPTION
Career level management role. Manages lead generation activities with responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing. Establishes operational objectives and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinates. Objectives are reviewed by senior management to determine success of operation. This role is involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations. Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organization objectives, implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results, and establishes and ensures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements. Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas and/or customers. Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations without damage to the relationship. This level requires the ability to communicate with all levels of management.
