As the Office Manager for a small boutique accounting firm, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's office and client interactions
Qualifications
· Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
· Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is required
Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
· Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
· Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
· Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
· Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
· Perform data entry and maintain databases
· Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and manuals
· Coordinate project-based work
· Order office supplies and maintain inventory
· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
