**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Chiropractic Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in front desk operations and possess knowledge running a successful, and fast paced clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in dental receptionist roles or medical scheduling looking to transition into chiropractic care.

**Duties:**

- Greet patients and visitors with a smile

- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records accurately

- Assist chiropractors with patient care as needed

- Handle phone inquiries and manage office communications efficiently

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality

**Experience:**

The successful candidate should ideally possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in using medical scheduling software like Platinum or Chirotouch

- Familiarity with office procedures and terminology

- Experience with phone systems and managing patient appointments

- Understanding of HIPAA regulations for healthcare settings
