Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Medical Office Manager to join our team. As a Medical Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our medical office, ensuring efficient and effective administrative support. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the administrative staff, including medical receptionists, billing specialists, and medical records personnel - Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations - Oversee patient scheduling, ensuring appointments are properly coordinated and managed - Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Manage billing processes, including insurance claims submission and follow-up - Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment, coordinating orders as needed - Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care delivery - Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards - Implement systems to improve efficiency and productivity within the office Experience: - Previous experience in medical office management or a related field is required - Strong knowledge of medical administrative support functions and processes - Familiarity with managed care systems and insurance billing procedures - Proficiency in budgeting and financial management - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for professional growth within our organization.
