Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with training and development of new employees
- Oversee clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Plan and organize company events or meetings
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping
- Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Previous experience in event planning is a plus
