Position Overview:
Direct the overall activities of the office to continually serve the customers within our target market in an extraordinary manner so that our brand name and reputation will flourish.
Responsibilities:
· Build and lead teams and deliver superior customer service.
· Recruit, interview, and hire staff.
· Oversees office functions including phone service standards, clerical services, phone sales and scheduling.
· Evaluates performance and administers disciplinary actions consistent with company policy.
· Be a good team player.
Education and Experience Requirements:
· High School graduate with good administrative skills or six months to one-year related experience
· 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred
· Sales experience strongly preferred
· Scheduling experience strongly preferred
· Supervisory experience strongly preferred
· Experience setting and surpassing sales, service, and profit goals
· Have good computer skills
· Bilingual a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Possess and applies knowledge of management skills in the completion of ongoing tasks and project.
· Demonstrates knowledge of organizations business practices, issues faced, and problem resolution.
· If necessary, fill in during staff absences.
· Shall perform other reasonable, related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements:
· Must be able to start work at 7am
· Must have driver’s license with valid car insurance
· Must be able to pass background check and drug test

Pay: $36,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
