Business Office Manager

Duties:

• File all incoming financial documents
• Updating charting system as necessary
• Complete weekly task lists 
• Answer telephones and assist with inquires
• Manage collections, scanning, filing, faxing etc.
• Complete Medicaid Pending Applications
• Manage Resident's Funds

Requirements

• Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Must have strong organizational Skills
• Must have the ability to multitask
• Must be detailed oriented
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must have gret customer service skills
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
