Job Description

N E X TAFF is seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented, self-starter with effective communication skills.

Job Requirements :

  • Reliable : Consistent in meeting deadlines.
  • Positive : Bring enthusiasm for a motivating environment.
  • Organized : Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
  • Phone Skills : Confidently communicate with candidates and clients.
  • Social Media : Familiarity with recruitment on social platforms.
  • Computer Proficient : Comfortable with standard office software.

Responsibilities :

  • Recruit : Identify potential candidates through active sourcing.
  • Market : Scout school crossing guards to fulfill staffing needs.
  • Follow-up : Maintain candidate communications and gather information.
  • Database : Process forms and manage activity using our staffing needs.
  • Office Management : Support day-to-day operations.

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
