Local established commercial real estate company seeks administrative assistant and receptionist for small office environment. Applicant must be reliable, organized, trustworthy, hard-working and possess strong communication skills .
Salary is $37,000 per year. Hours will be Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm. No overtime or weekend work is ever required. Tasks include the following:

• Executive Assistant Work
• Answering telephones
• Monitoring progress of daily property maintenance schedule
• Filing documents
• Assisting with payment processing and billing
• Communicating with tenants and vendors
• Record keeping
• Composing letters and emails
