Responsibilities: 

• Manage scheduling/calendar for executive(s). 
• Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s). 
• Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings (room reservations). 
• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners. 
• Prioritize emails and respond when necessary on behalf of executive. 
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including Visa applications. 
• Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s). 
• Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site. 

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent 

2 years or more relevant experience 

Software Knowledge (helpful but not required). 

Work Schedule: M-F
