Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Google Suite, and have experience in office management. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Duties:
- Coordinate sales, revenue, net income
-Assist with quarterly and annual tax preparation
- Perform data entry and maintain customer database and items purchased
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or issues
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- File documents and maintain organized filing systems
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Quick Books/ Quicken
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and customer service skills.
- Accounting Background or strong math skills helpful
- Must have a reliable transportation
