POSITION SUMMARY
Trailer Park Group (TPG) seeks a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join its growing HR team. The HRBP is both a strategic and execution-based role responsible for working with TPG’s lines of businesses to support the agency's current and future growth priorities.
The HRBP will need deep expertise in the following areas: employee integrations, vendor management, coaching senior leaders, talent management/succession planning, inclusion and diversity, career development tools, employee relations, organizational design, mentoring HR direct reports, and more.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE, REQUIRING VISITS TO OUR HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA AND POTENTIALLY WOODLAND HILLS, CA OFFICES AS NEEDED. CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN COMMUTABLE DISTANCE TO THESE LOCATIONS.
