**HR Business Partner, Retail**

at Parachute Home Los Angeles, CA **SUMMARY:**

The HR Business Partner, Retail will report into the VP of People and Culture and will be both a hands-on and strategic leader cultivating an amazing culture. You will work closely with Retail leaders to create and maintain a strong performing team bringing creative and effective ideas and solutions to a growing organization.

If not based in LA, this position can be remote.

**What Youll Do:**

* Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including strategic planning, visioning, talent assessment, change management and team building

* Partner with recruiting team to build a deep, diverse talent pipeline across the US

* Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the retail organization

* Proactively assess team, manager, organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions

* Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs

* Lead compensation strategy across the retail organization

* Drive talent management strategies to support a teams growth, individual development plans, and succession planning

* Manage and facilitate the overall Retail Performance Review cycles (quarterly) and employee engagement surveys throughout the year

* Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the retail business

* Manage Retail Employee Relations, supporting employee relations issues as needed

* Design and facilitate team and offsite meetings as needed

* Participate and lead projects as an integral member of the HR community

**Who You Are:**

* 5 years of full cycle HR experience

* 3 years of Retail Experience

* Experience working in a technology environment

* Experience scaling 300 person organization

* G Suite proficiency

* Effective communication and critical thinking skills

* Demonstrated empathy and experience driving inclusion work

* Demonstrated project management and change management experience

* Demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams

* Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
