Tolleson Wealth Management is Hiring an Accounts Payable Associate Near Dallas, TX
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for facilitating accounts payable for our private wealth management clients
- Oversee bill payment/accounts payable and expense reporting utilizing Bill.com and Salesforce for client bookkeeping engagements and trust pay operations
- Track recurring invoices utilizing recurring payables spreadsheets prepared for each client relationship
- Track payments and clearing of payments on Bill.com; connect with vendors for address/account information and to confirm check clearance as needed
- Assist with gathering data for internal custody audits and recurring compliance tasks
- Monitor cash flow of custody accounts
- File 1099's for all bookkeeping clients (as required) annually
- Connect with Bill.com for troubleshooting issues as needed (i.e., system, sync issues, research)
Minimum Position Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of recent experience in AP (Accounts Payable) required
- Minimum of two years' experience working in a professional services firm or similar environment and preferably at least one year working in the finance/banking industry
- Experience working with Bill.com or a similar third-party bill payment platform
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe PDF and the ability to quickly learn new technology
- Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to learn, expand responsibilities
- Attention to detail must be a strength
- Ability to maintain extreme confidentiality in dealing with client matters
