Supervisory Responsibilities
None.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Receives and verifies vendor invoices; reconciles expenses and other financial reports with account balances and other office records.
- Facilitates payment of vendors, which may include reviewing backup documentation, and resolving discrepancies.
- Provides payment status to vendors and account executives upon request.
- Ensures all vendor invoices are processed and requests copies of vendor invoices for processing.
- Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
- Must be able to learn other accounting software systems.
- Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
- Ability to work independently on assigned duties.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
Education and Experience
- Business or Accounting degree preferred.
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) certification preferred.
- Certified ANA Marketing Professional (CAMP) program preferred.
