Aston Carter is Hiring an Accounts Payable Administrator Near Dallas, TX
Description:
Assist with the resolution of vendor disputes and inquires in order to facilitate vendor invoice payments.
Monitor compliance with relevant corporate policies and procedures.
Reconcile vendor statements and request copies of invoices from vendors as needed.
Serve as back up for Disbursements AP Specialist completing SOX controls related to E-payments and supply chain financing payments.
Conduct payment batch pulls, wire reconciliation, and expedited processing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
3 years of Accounts Payable experience in Shared Services environment.
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications specifically Word and Excel
Ability to read, write and speak Spanish
