Job Requirements:
- Analyze data to improve campaign strategies along with campaign execution - direct mail & email
- Support the Home Loans Marketing and Marketing Analytics teams.
- Solve business problems by leveraging techniques such as segmentation and optimization while monitoring performance metrics and KPI's.
- Identify and pull campaign audiences and support flawless campaign execution.
- Partner to design and read marketing tests, create campaign tracking, providing recomendations and insights.
- Follow standard work processes and documentation requirements and timelines
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience
- MUST HAVE: SAS, Python, Snowflake
- Campaign experience/knowledge
- Heavy code experience
