Overview

This role is a critical member of the People Analytics Team providing data-driven insights to inform strategic and operational people strategy decision making. This role will partner with People teams and Business Leaders across Lennar to measure key people metrics and make data-driven recommendations around People programs and strategy. In addition to being experienced analytically, we're looking for someone who can proactively surface recommendations and insights, who's comfortable prioritizing work across multiple stakeholders, and who can work across our technology stack in order to solve problems.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets; create engaging and insightful data visualizations that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Identify and build efficient methods to organize, store and analyze data
  • Create methodologies and build tools to acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
  • Manage ad hoc projects, define and deliver ongoing dashboards, reports, and metrics to provide actionable insights and inform talent acquisition strategy
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business challenges and propose strategies to gather and analyze action-oriented data to inform decision-making
  • Leverage new tools, processes, and methodologies to interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques on an ad hoc and recurring basis
  • Proactively troubleshoot data quality issues by identifying the root cause of data discrepancies and determining and implementing recommendations for resolution
  • Strong business acumen and rigorous problem solving skills - able to start with a business objective and independently structure an appropriate analytical framework reflecting the true drivers and levers that can influence business results
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of data analysis work experience including data management, transformation, and visualization
  • At least 5 years of experience in people analytics data including talent acquisition, talent management, engagement, and attrition
  • Deep knowledge of data hygiene, including cleaning and automating data processes
  • Experience with reporting packages (Microsoft SSRS, SAP Crystal Reports, etc.)
  • Experience in data visualization and business intelligence tools (Power BI and Tableau) and Writing SQL scripts and queries to extract data
  • Experience with Data Warehouse Technologies including Database Management Systems and ETL's
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas needed to analyze data and create high level management reporting.
  • Excellent SQL skills, fluency with BI/visualization tools, and deep knowledge of Excel, or other analysis tools Experience with integrating with or building and scaling data pipelines
  • Good knowledge of standard concepts, best practices and procedures within a data warehousing environment

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the project manager to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
