Responsibilities The BPO Services Specialist associate will primarily be responsible for documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and monitoring adherence to help identify process / compliance gaps, improve process efficiency, enhance quality and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance or deviations from SOPs while being a role model for the mindsets and behaviors necessary to create an environment of trust, participation, and accountability. Role and Responsibilities

  • Document and create Standard Operating Procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency of workflow.
  • Regular reviews to ensure SOPs remain accurate, relevant, and effective.
  • Analyze current operational processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gain buy-in and support for operational excellence initiatives.
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to management on the status and impact of operational improvement efforts.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operational initiatives and track progress over time.
  • Provide training and support to associates on process improvement methodologies and best practices. Qualifications Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • 2 years front end mortgage experience
  • 2 years relevant experience in monitoring and documenting procedures OR equivalent 5 years front end mortgage experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes of inefficiencies.
  • Ability to drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Effective change management implementation of process improvements This position will report directly to the BPO Services manager and will be a key contributor to the success of the department.
