Responsibilities

· Manage master data integrity for the entire supply chain team.

· SKU setup: Create and maintain items in SD’s ERP system and manage their document control status, latest drawing revision, and any other changes from DCRs.

· Item BOM: Create and manage item BOMs according to the latest revision.

· System BOM revisions: Manage and help implement BOM changes and notify affected parties.

· Update and refresh Power BI dashboards and reports and identify and troubleshoot errors as required.

· Update and refresh Excel dashboards and reports and identify and troubleshoot errors as required.

· Assist the supply chain team with other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

· 1-2 years’ experience as an analyst or relevant professional experience in supply chain

· High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and prior experience with database management and reporting programs

· Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail.

· Exceptional organizational skills; excellent multi-tasking and prioritization capabilities

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to support the supply chain team.

· Occasional travel may be needed.

Education

· Bachelor’s Degree required. Preferred areas: Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or related fields
