STV Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Jacksonville operation by providing administrative assistant support to project managers and Project Coordinators.

Required Skills:

• Represent STV Transportation and Infrastructure Division in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.

• Must be a hard worker, able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude

• Accuracy and efficiency are extremely important in this position

• Good interpersonal skills

• Strong organization skills and ability to plan/manage multiple projects

• The ability to work effectively with various groups

• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills

• Daily Administrative support

• Invoice support and preparation

• Work collaboratively with other administrative team members.

• Prepare Client reports

• Ability to multi-task

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as administrative assistant

• Must have expertise in all MS Office Applications, including Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook and others. Must be willing to learn new applications as needed

• Must be a hard worker, able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude

• Accuracy and efficiency are extremely important in this position
