SNI Companies is looking for a professional with previous administrative experience in the building / construction industry.

Pay rate : $19 to $21 an hour

Must be located in Jacksonville, FL. Full-time, in office position.

M - F , 8am to 5pm

Administrative Assistant Summary :

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for processing and coordinating all documents and logistics related to the sales and purchasing process.

Duties :

• Receive incoming sales leads, enter into database and assign sales person to lead.
• Retrieve Builder Purchase Orders and enter accurately into database and assign sales actions.
• Review sold jobs for proper set up by sales department for final approval.
• Create Purchase Orders in database and place orders with vendors for each job.
• Coordinate receiving, delivery, installation, and punch work.
• Receive materials in database per Purchase Orders and follow up with vendors for any discrepancies.
• Communicative effectively within the cabinetry division, other departments, and customers.

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be able to pass background check and drug test
• Previous building / construction industry experience required
