Job Title : Administrative Assistant III

Roles and responsibilities :

• Has solid tactical Administrative Skills, organization being the most important.
• At least 3- 5 Years of experience in administrative experience, if they have previous Facility experience that is a plus.
• MS Office- proficient to advanced in Excel and PowerPoint, along with working with tasks and OneNote.
• Candidate needs to have clear concise written and verbal communication along with experience with technology and software
• They will be handling conference room management, calendars, helping with seating rotations and charts. Department supports the director, CFP, associate director, and other SR leaders.
