Snelling Staffing is Hiring an Accounts Payable Analyst Near New York, NY
Accounts Payable Analyst – Monday through Fridays 35-40 hrs per week
- Perform day to day AP financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording all accounts payable
- Route invoices for proper approval and verification
- Code invoices to their corresponding GL account, Depts and BU based on the budget
- Process employee expense reports
- Enter subcontractor invoices and billable time into accounting system
- Process weekly check run, this includes Wire processing through the Banking portal
- Process monthly Credit Card Statements
- Process weekly honoraria to health care professionals
- Process Sales Orders and Project requests into Netsuite
- Add employees to NetSuite jobs to time can be booked
Qualified candidates should submit their resume for immediate review. Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
