Robert Half is seeking a motivated and professional Accounts Payable Manager to join one of our clients teams in the luxury retail industry. This permanent position will offer the ability to lead an accounts payable team of three on all AP associated matters and work closely with other divisions of accounting and finance to ensure a streamlined department. The responsibilities of this position include: Managing two accounts payable clerksEnsure the proper coding and processing of all AP invoicesPrepare and process all company expense reportsOversee the company credit card programOversee all discrepancy management, correct errors and build processes/ procedures to reduce further errorsConduct account/ bank/ credit card reconciliationsAssist in month end close/ aging reports/ and audits1099 maintenace and filing Ensure AP SOX control measures are in placePerform special projects as needed
