Accounts Payable - Hybrid (2 days onsite/3 days remote)

AD100 Interior Design firm in NYC is seeking a full-time, highly organized, and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with 2 years of experience using Design Manager software to start immediately. This position requires an extreme attention to detail, organization, and follow through. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and must be extremely detail oriented, organized, and able to easily multitask.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Charges expenses to accounts by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries

· Create weekly billing entries

· Create monthly reimbursable expense billing

· Prepare analysis of accounts

· Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

· Manage high volume Accounts Payable

· Set invoices up for payment

· Purchase orders: liaise with Design Team and Suppliers to make timely deposits and payments

· Manage corporate credit cards and reconcile credit card accounts

· Provide regular communication to management regarding status of invoice payments

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

· 2 years of Accounts Payable experience, ideally in an interior design or architecture studio

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Proficiency in Design Manager, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe

· A strong work ethic, high integrity level and a “can-do” attitude

· Strong written and verbal communication skills are required

· Able to work both independently and as a team

· Self-starter & thorough in their work

· Positive & up-beat demeanor

· Problem solver, resourceful in identifying problems and providing resolutions
