Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including talent acquisition, benefits administration, and succession planning. This is a crucial role within our organization as you will be responsible for managing our most valuable asset - our people.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
-Handle Payroll for all employees
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement succession planning initiatives
Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and current regulations
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
- Familiarity with benefits administration processes
