In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of partners to identify market needs, develop solutions that meet those needs, and help craft profitable businesses and products.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven understanding of market segmentation, data analysis, and business development strategies. They'll be able to analyze data from multiple sources and identify patterns that help advise product and business decisions. They'll be an entrepreneur at heart, with a creative approach and a passion and desire for innovation!
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends and use this information to inform business and product development strategies.
  • Develop and implement market segmentation strategies to target specific customer groups.
  • Analyze market and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones.
  • Develop, build, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and strategic partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with company objectives.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of current marketing strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, new innovative technologies, and standard processes.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and master's in business administration
  • 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in customer-facing roles
  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use data and data analysis to problem solve and assist in business decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with a passion for innovation and creativity
  • A clear understanding of how to craft profitable products and businesses with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated individual with the capability to work autonomously and efficiently prioritize tasks.
  • You have international experience working abroad and with different cultures and can communicate with global team members and customers.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without needing current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Gas Services
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
