About the opportunity:

Join the Business Development Implementation team to enable some of Shutterstock's most strategic partnerships with companies such as Wix, OpenAI, NVIDIA and Meta. The team's scope of responsibilities includes onboarding new partners, working with Product, Engineering, Operations and Finance to execute complex transactions, providing technical support and establishing best practices.

The Day to Day

• Act as a subject matter expert on API content integrations and data partnerships, working closely with the New Business and Partner Management teams to provide pre and post-sales technical consultation to key stakeholders

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure successful and timely launch of new API integrations and data deliveries

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Shutterstock to resolve technical, financial and operational issues, to maintain strong relationships and enable long term partnerships

• Manage the launch and technical implementation of new products and solutions

• Plan and execute strategic projects to optimize team processes and efficiency

What you'll bring to the role:

• 2-4 years of experience managing product integrations and supporting complex transactions in Product or Technology partnerships

• Solid technical background, with direct API and/or data analysis experience a plus

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate effectively with internal departments to facilitate business needs

• Critical thinker with ability to understand complex problems and suggest timely solutions

• Self-driven, detail-oriented team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven results in consistently exceeding performance targets
