They will be involved in brand planning and analytic activity associate with acquiring new business.ResponsibilitiesWorks with the business development team to help craft creative briefs and provide clear, briefings to Strategy/Creative teams and remain an active contributor throughout the creative development process.Able to develop a backgrounder with an understanding of the client business objectives, internal and competitive opportunities, and customer insights into actionable marketing communications strategies.Provides team with direction and input to ensure business and project goals are met.Exhibits enthusiasm for clients' business and industry. Maintains leading edge of knowledge of clients' business and industry.Recognizes and seizes opportunities to contribute to agency new business.Regularly informs business development team on status of business, help partner with resourcing to ensure the team can execute against business development initiatives.Understands the industry & able to see areas of opportunity.Has excellent presentation skills and presentation development skills.Has excellent organizational skills.Is very comfortable working in an integrated agency environment.Monthly maintenance and reporting on growth & marketing budgetMonthly maintenance and updating of salesforce tool for new business activityResponsible for partnership with operations in the creation and management of RFP and Pitch SchedulesWorks with Account Director to ensure all workstreams of pitches are running according to schedule and managing troubleshooting where neededPartner with new business Admin on the coordination of travel and all related details for pitchesSelf-starter & ambitious. QualificationsMinimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; graduate degree is a plus.3 to 5 - years of experience.Experience with digital marketing and/or managing the design and development of websites; traditional marketing experience is a plus.Has deep knowledge and experience with multichannel marketing.
