As the Business Development Manager, you will engage in multifaceted responsibilities, including exploring joint ventures, co-branded campaigns, and forging new advertising partnerships.

Your key responsibilities will involve identifying, nurturing, and overseeing relationships. Additionally, we expect you to offer proactive feedback, pinpoint growth prospects and strategies, and adeptly promote our company's services. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to make a substantial impact in a dynamic and evolving business landscape.

What You Will Accomplish:

  • Identify and foster strategic partnerships with industry-leading brands, utilizing your expertise to craft innovative and mutually beneficial deals that drive revenue growth for both our esteemed clients and our company.
  • As a Business Development Manager, you will not merely be overseeing business development; rather, you'll be the architect of lucrative collaborations, shaping the landscape of affiliate marketing and ensuring the company's continued prominence in the industry.
  • Build, lead, and scale enterprise sales, optimizing and creating the company's go-to-market strategy and account management.
  • Develop and implement scalable processes, steering metrics-driven acquisition, expansion, and renewal strategies.
  • Act as an executive sponsor to enhance close rates, deal value, and account growth.
  • Ensure a deep understanding of product knowledge, sales philosophy, and success delivery strategies among teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to devise winning strategies for profitable growth.
  • Resolve issues across marketing, sales, customer success, and technology functions, championing a customer-first approach.
  • Positive Attitude: Exhibits high energy and an undeterred mindset, able to maintain enthusiasm and focus even when faced with setbacks or rejection from prospects.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of handling multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with advertising partners

Requirements:

  • Strong cold-calling and research skills
  • Strong Negotiation Skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to different audiences
  • Hardworking: Willing to put in the effort required to achieve goals and drive results
  • Ability to effectively manage and build client relationships
  • Resilient and Persistent: Ability to pursue leads and opportunities despite challenges and obstacles

  • Time management and prioritization skills are a must
  • Proficient with G-Suite Products (Sheets, Docs, Hangouts, Slides, and Gmail)

  • Experience with online advertising & analytics preferred
