Looking for candidates with Construction Undustry expe.- account management and new Business Service related industry, NOT so much selling a product but a serviceno software sellers – no job hoppers
Manage existing accounts within those areas, working specifically with Home Builder accounts and identifying new business.
Traveling to locations, this is a not a full time remote job.
They will work from home, travel and spend time at local branches partnering with Operation teams.
Qualifications
5 years of Outside Territory Account Management and New Business Development
Customer Relationship development
Ability to sell value to differentiate the company from the competition.
Prospecting / Cold Calling / Referral generation
Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Territory Management, Presentation Skills, Performance Management, Building Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Negotiation, Results Driven, Sales Planning, Managing Profitability
Relevant industry background gained from a competitor or company in a related industry preferred.
A proven sales professional who is used to working with targets.
Valid Driver’s License and proof of current automobile insurance
