Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of products or services
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on account status, sales activities, and revenue forecasts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Analyze client data and metrics to identify areas for improvement or optimization
Skills:
- Proven experience in account management or sales role
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence others
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong negotiation skills
